What CRM systems does VENMATE integrate with?
Currently, VENMATE integrates with HubSpot to streamline customer data and lifecycle management. However, we are happy to discuss every integration request to common Salesforce, Pipedrive etc. to further increase our integration possibilities and help our customers.
Does VENMATE support integrations with customer support tools?
Currently, VENMATE is in the process of developing integrations with the customer support systems Zendesk and Freshdesk, providing a unified view of customer interactions.
How does VENMATE handle product usage data?
VENMATE can integrate with product usage tracking tools to monitor customer engagement, feeding data into customer health scores and other insights. Also, VENMATE customers can manually upload product usage data and track it over time.
Can VENMATE connect with direct communication tools like email or chat?
Yes, based on our customer request, VENMATE can integrate with email platforms (e.g., Gmail, Outlook) and chat tools like Intercom and Slack, centralizing customer conversations. Also, VENMATE already support Mail communication via the Hubspot integration for all Hubspot users.
Is customer feedback automatically integrated?
Customer feedback can be uploaded manually into VENMATE, these uploads can also made automatically, via our Zapier integration. VENMATE also works on native integrations into survey platforms like SurveyMonkey or Typeform, to automatically pull survey results into VENMATE, helping track CSAT, NPS, and overall sentiment.

How do I set up a new account in VENMATE?
Setting up a new account is easy; simply contact our team and we will share our step-by-step onboarding and integration guide and your account will be configured based on your organization’s structure.
What access controls are available for teams?
VENMATE offers role-based access control, allowing you to manage permissions based on user roles, ensuring the right people have access to the right data.
Can I track multiple customer accounts in VENMATE?
Yes, VENMATE supports multi-account tracking, enabling Customer Success Managers to handle numerous clients from a single dashboard.
What happens if I need help with my account?
We offer a personal customer success and support on work days between 8-17 o’clock. In addition, you can also access our extensive knowledge base or hand in bugs and feature requests in our in-app support set-up.
