We are thrilled to inform you about our latest VENMATE November update! This month, we are especially thankful to all the amazing feedback and requests we received from our first customers. Our team has focused specifically on feature improvements and bugs, to enhance your overall experience.

🏅 New modules and features

1. Activities Management

You can now add tasks and attach files directly  into logged activities. This will help the CSM team to even better track their customer activities and not loose sight of anything that might be important for improving the relationship.

What’s next: We will be adding a file management component for every file to be stored and organized per customer. 

 2. Dashboard is live again

The Dashboard has finally went live again with two reports on all customers and on your customers (as lead). Users can now see:

Customer KPIs across different CS managers

Relevant KPIs like: total ACV, Average Health Score and Total Opportunities

Revenue and Health development over time and by segment.

What’s next: A single report for each customer.

3. Zapier integration (Beta release)

Create your own playbooks:A new module is now available – The Playbook Module. With playbooks, you can set-up situational templates that will provide best practice guidelines and processes. These playbooks can be used for every customer at any time ,to ensure improved customer relationship management. In addition, you access best practice playbooks created by VENMATE in your playbook library.Create templates out of a process:You can now save a running onboarding and implementation process in your templates library and reuse it for other customers at any time.


🔨 App improvements and bug fixes

  • Health score improvements: New checks added and calculations for the Health Score improved.Note: We have turned off the Health score graph for 1-2 Weeks, as the historic data is shown on a weekly basis and restarted with the new update.
  • Workflow improvements: Enabled task and activity workflows for multiple scenarios: Milestones, Individual tasks, Onboarding, Playbooks.
  • Overwriting of customer properties: Users can now change customer properties in VENMATE without these properties being overwritten by their CRM integration.
  • State management with ReactQuery: Improved loading time on each page (especially after first load).
  • Contract management improvements: Multiple contracts can now be set in the Customer Overview Section. The total amount of all active contracts will be add up to represent the total ACV of your customers (if not pulled from CRM).
  • Homepage filtering: Added possibility to filter tasks by status, customer and customer success owner. Providing an overview of everyones tasks.
  • Customer status improvements: Statuses can now be changed manually in addition to the automated status logic. Also added the option to archive customers.
  • Notes / text fields improved: Updated the possibility to use formatting, as well as URLs can now be displayed and linked.
