We are thrilled to inform you about our latest VENMATE update! Our team has worked hard to bring you new features and improvements to enhance your experience and help you get more out of VENMATE.

🏅 New modules and features

1.Health score component

The customer health score is now available in the customer detail screen to give you a more detailed breakdown of its different components. You can see all individual scores and understand the customers health development over time. Additionally, you have a less detailed version of the score when hovering over the its number in the customer list. The health score checks are organized into three groups:
 Customer View: This group focuses on the customer’s recent interactions and sentiment.CSM View: It covers onboarding status, customer setup completion, and the presence of a champion within the customer’s contacts.Usage data: This group concentrates on how actively the customer is using the product. Currently, it includes a check for daily app logins based on manually uploaded data.

 2. Assignments Management

You are now able to log activities in VENMATE. These activities are linked to your customers and can be represented by a Call or a Meeting. Activities can be logged from the past and for the future. In addition, you can take notes related to the activities and rate them. The rating will have a direct impact to your customer health score.

3. Playbooks and templates

Create your own playbooks:A new module is now available – The Playbook Module. With playbooks, you can set-up situational templates that will provide best practice guidelines and processes. These playbooks can be used for every customer at any time ,to ensure improved customer relationship management. In addition, you access best practice playbooks created by VENMATE in your playbook library.Create templates out of a process:You can now save a running onboarding and implementation process in your templates library and reuse it for other customers at any time.
